I'm a passionite information technology executive who enjoys pretty much all aspects of software programs. I cut my teeth as a programmer, mainly coding in visual basic and J2EE/Java and then later in Microsoft .NET. I later advanced to become a database administrator (DBA) for MS SQL Server and Oracle cluster environments. For the last nine years I've been a CIO and largely focused on IT strategy, methodologies, ITIL and staff management.
